Effective Date: from January 2025

This Privacy Policy explains how we, the Foundation of Colours collect, use and disclose your personal data, and your rights in relation to the personal data I hold.

We are the data controller of your personal data and subject to the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK General Data Protection Regulation.

Where we keep your personal data

Your personal data is mainly stored in an electronic spreadsheet that is password protected. Your phone number(s) may be kept in our mobile phone with your first name and last name.

Retention of your data

We will only retain your personal data for as long as we have a lawful reason to do so. In most cases we will retain your personal data for seven years, being the period required by our insurer.
